Digital products and services are unable to be returned or refunded due to the nature of the product / service.
Personal healing cancellations / reschedules
Personal healing sessions with Zoritza can be rescheduled before 72 hours / 3 days before the session. Personal healing sessions are non-refundable due to the nature of the service.
Oracles of Marama Festival bookings are non-refundable.
Merchandise returns
Light Language clothing can be returned within 14 days and a store credit / exchange supplied if the product, once inspected, is determined to be unworn, undamaged (including scent and makeup) and with tags attached. In this case, shipping for the return comes at the cost of the customer and no shipping costs for the product will be reimbursed by zoritza.com.
Rose Cups are unable to be returned or refunded due to the nature of the product.
Chronicles returns
Zoritza's chronicles are unable to be returned or refunded due to the nature of the product.
Damaged products
All products are inspected by Zoritza.com prior to shipping. Should you receive a product in damaged condition, please submit a return request below.
